Starting off as a field organizer and working his way up to managing and consulting campaigns. Woodrow has worked on campaigns all across the country, from city council to presidential races. Woodrow has personally worked with outspoken conservatives like Congressman Paul Gosar to pragmatic Republicans like when Woodrow managed the independent expenditure effort to re-elect Congressman Will Hurd, one of only three Republicans who won a Democratic district in 2018.
Woodrow enjoys his versatility as a Jack of All Trades, and a master of some: including Polling, Fundraising, Video Production, Text Messages, Digital Advertising, Television Advertising, Opposistion Research, Grassroots, Communications, Operations, and Messaging.
Woodrow Johnston was most recently the right hand man of Rory McShane; one of the most sought out and award-winning political strategists. As the #2 at McShane, Woodrow helped grow McShane LLC into the fastest growing political consulting firm in the world for two years in a row according to INC. Magazine. At McShane, Woodrow oversaw the firm’s collective 53 awards for campaign excellence and 180+ campaign victories. Under McShane’s tutelage, Woodrow perfected the art of winning campaigns outgunned and outspent including managing the defeat of Idaho Senator Jim Woodward while being outspent 3-to-1.

Undoubtedly one of the youngest executives in the political consulting realm. Even as a toddler, Gianna has already displayed an exceptional knack for leadership, captivating everyone at Revere Solutions with her vibrant personality.
Gianna is a music enthusiast who loves to dance, bringing a joyful rhythm to our office environment. Independent and spirited, she insists on feeding herself, showing early signs of a self-starter. Her adventurous spirit shines as she climbs anything climbable, from staircases to strategic high grounds made of office supplies.
Observant and curious, Gianna enjoys watching her team during meal times, perhaps picking up the early nuances of networking and team management. A budding food critic, she has a particular fondness for fish, both as an aquarium enthusiast and a culinary connoisseur.
Gianna looks forward to her homeschooling journey, where she will undoubtedly apply her sharp, nearly complete set of teeth to bite into new knowledge just as eagerly as she does into her favorite snacks.
Away from her executive duties, Gianna loves soaking in the sunshine, making a splash in the water, and engaging with marine life during her aquarium visits.
